One Internet video, presented an interview with the Chef of Japonais, a gourmet contemporary Japanese restaurant.
The interview was casual, the chef was seated in the upstairs dining room. And while he was talking, the camera was roving throughout the establishment capturing shots of the food, the people and the ambiance.
The chef appreciated that he wasn't supposed to catalog or describe every dish. "I base my food on Japanese tradition, and the presentation is European." This is an interesting statement that portrays the seriousness of the chef's thought about his art.

In the background we listen to discoteque music. We watch the customers enjoying their meal, we look at the food, we listen to the music, and effortlessly we enter into the atmosphere of the restaurant.
When watching a video such as this, we can certainly believe that anyone visting Chicago in the future, will seriously consider going to Japonais to eat.
